1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only before:

  • Artwork approval
  • Production begins
  • Raw material procurement begins (for bulk orders)

Once printing or customization has started, no cancellation is permitted.

2. Cancellation Charges

If materials are sourced or partial work is completed:

  • Cancellation fees may apply
  • Advance may be partially or fully adjusted against losses

3. Custom Orders

Customized or printed items cannot be cancelled, as they are made exclusively for the customer.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

Send an email to:

with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Contact number

Our team will confirm if cancellation is possible based on order stage.
