At Evolve Gifting, most of our products are custom-made, branded, or personalized as per client specifications. Because of this, returns and refunds are limited and applicable only in specific cases.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or has a printing/branding error.
  • The product received is different from what was approved in the final design confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A video of the unboxing and photos of the defect must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Customized, printed, branded, or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned above.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, bags, diaries, pens, bottles, dry fruit boxes, etc.)
  • Corporate gift sets made to order
  • Branding/printing material once approved (brochures, pamphlets, ID cards, prospectus, etc.)
  • Festive hampers and perishable items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

Exchanges

We replace items only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The print/branding differs from the approved design
  • The product is damaged during transit (with proof)

Shipping Returns

If your return is approved, you will be asked to ship the product to our warehouse address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side.
