1. Customized & Branded Products

Most of our products are customized with printing, embossing, engraving, or branding.
Once a design or artwork is approved by the customer, Evolve Gifting is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors in approved artwork
  • Incorrect logo placements approved in proof
  • Colour variations due to digital-to-print differences

No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed for customized items except in case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.
  • 50–100% advance may be required depending on customization and order size.
  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Order Timelines

Production timelines vary depending on product type and quantity.
Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delays due to vendors, logistics, or external factors (weather, strikes, courier delays) are not the responsibility of Evolve Gifting.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery time depends on location and courier performance.
  • Shipping charges may apply depending on volume/weight.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and trademarks shared by the customer remain their property.
Evolve Gifting will not use them for any purpose other than producing the ordered merchandise.

Evolve Gifting-owned content, images, and designs cannot be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Evolve Gifting is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Loss of business due to delivery time
  • Misuse of products by the customer

Our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding defective products (as per our Returns Policy).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Pune jurisdiction.
